Chris Carter will be attending the Smithsonian magazine's 4th annual "The Future is Here Festival" at the Shakespeare Theatre in Washington, D.C.
Headlined by William Shatner, the festival kicks off on Friday, April 22nd, 2016 from 5:30pm to 9:00pm with an exclusive event hosted by Shatner, Carter and the cast members from the Syfy series 12 Monkeys.
