The man had auditioned for a few other X-Files roles before landing the part of AD Walter Skinner. And we could not have had a better actor portraying the man. Mitch Pileggi turns 64 today and we are here to wish him a very wonderful birthday!

We had our doubts about him at first, but he proved to be a faithful, dependable, and steadfast partner to our lonesome Agent Scully in season eight and nine, and his presence was sorely missed during season ten. We wish Special Agent John Doggett a very happy 56th birthday!
