We are back with FanArt Wednesdays! This week’s chosen artist is Marianne L, from Ithaca, NY. You can connect with Marianne on Tumblr to find all of her sketches.
Here's a little about Marianne:
1. When did you become an X-Phile?
So The X-Files actually came out the year I was born, and I remember my parents watching some of the later seasons when I was older. I was terrified of aliens, though, so I didn't really start watching it until high school (but only when I caught it on television). I really got into it about three years ago, when I got a Netflix account and finally watched the whole thing.

Here's a little about Genevieve:
1. When did you become an X-Phile?
I started watching when it first aired in 1993. I was in the 3rd grade and though my parents were wary, I successfully persuaded them to let me. I was even Scully for Halloween.

This week’s chosen artist is Elsa Rimbod from Annecy, France. You can find her work on Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter and her website.
Here's a little about Elsa:
1. When did you become an X-Phile?
I became an X-Phile when I was a child. I was born in 1989 and I remember watching X-Files at a very young age. My older brother loved the show so I watched it with him. I was about 5 when I first saw an episode. I remember being really scared but I loved and still love to watch the show. So I guess I became an X-Phile back then.

This week’s chosen artist is Dimitris Plavoukos, AKA Steve Rogers, from Athens, Greece. Dimitris is the creator of the very popular Facebook group X-Files Revival. You can find his work on Tumblr, Instagram and Facebook.
Here's a little about Dimitris:
1. When did you become an X-Phile?
I became an X-Phile long before the word even existed lol so one night, my sis and I, we are watching TV, nobody got abducted though, and on TV, in Greece, the promo comes up for The X-Files. My sis was like, "isn't that the guy from Red Shoe Diaries?" and I was like, "oh wow who is she, she is beautiful" and then the line "do you believe in the existence of extraterrestrials?". We were hooked. So we watched the pilot, which we both think that to this day remains one of the finest pilots in TV history, and I have been a Phile ever since :)

This week’s chosen artist is Ashley Nicole Borlik, from Los Angeles. You can find her work on Tumblr and Twitter.
Here's a little about Ashley:
1. When did you become an X-Phile?
I started watching with my family during the first run of the first season, but I became truly obsessed in between the third and fourth seasons. Family was a big part of my love for the show, it’s the only thing we were allowed to pull the TV out and watch during family beach weekends.
2. What is the first episode you watched?
The very first episode that I watched was "Ice". I had the opportunity to meet David Nutter and tell him that, it was fantastic and he was super nice.
3. What are you looking forward to seeing in the revival?
I’m looking forward to seeing Mulder and Scully on screen together again. There’s something magical that happens when those two are on screen together completely independent of anything else that’s going on. A story that is sufficiently creepy would be nice too.
